How much does shipping cost for online orders (blanks — no embroidery)?

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $250! Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on the weight, value of your products, and your shipping location.

How much does shipping cost for custom orders?

Shipping for custom orders is also based on the weight, value of the order, and the destination. We offer this at cost using our deeply discounted FedEx or USPS rates.

Where do you ship items from?

All orders ship from Phoenix, Arizona.

How long does shipping take within the U.S.?

Delivery times are based on the shipping method and your proximity to Phoenix, Arizona:


Online orders (blanks — no embroidery) are processed and shipped within approximately 24–48 hours, excluding weekends. 

Once an order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and assuming there are no issues with the carrier network.

* Please note this does not include warehouse processing times, which can take up to 24-48 hours to leave the warehouse*

Why isn't my tracking link working?

Tracking info is usually updated within 24–48 hours after your order has shipped (excluding weekends).

International Shipping & Customs

We currently ship to Canada, Australia, and the UK via DHL.

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, international delivery typically takes 10–17 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and your country’s local postal carrier.

If your tracking link isn’t showing updates:

  1. Copy the tracking number from your confirmation email

  2. Paste it directly into the carrier’s website for real-time tracking

USPS international packages are first routed through their International Facility in Los Angeles, then handed off to your country’s local postal service.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

GnM Apparel n' More is not responsible for customs, duties, tariffs, or other import fees related to international shipments. These charges are determined by your country and are beyond our control.

We do not offer refunds for packages returned, rejected, or delayed due to unpaid customs or import fees.

IMPORTANT:
We're unable to assist with the credit or refund of customs charges, as they fall outside of our policy. We know that this is an extra charge to you; however, this is something beyond our control. Hence, we only charge a shipping fee, but for other taxes due, we cannot impose a standard rate.

Production Time

How long does it take to receive my custom order?

We maintain high standards throughout production, from order prep to embroidery and packaging.

Custom orders are completed on a first-come, first-served basis and typically take about 5–6 weeks before they are ready to ship.

We do offer a rush option for an added fee, though availability depends on current order volume and is not guaranteed.

Stolen Package Policy

We take great care to pack and ship every order accurately. Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, our responsibility is considered fulfilled.

However, we understand that stolen packages can be extremely frustrating. While we are not liable for parcels stolen after delivery, we want to support our clients during such unfortunate events.
